In his day job as the Director of Partner-led Growth at Agorapulse, Mike operates in the trenches of modern sales. He knows the frustration of "pilot purgatory" - where you have a dozen cool AI tools but your team is still buried in spreadsheets. Unlike theorists who talk about what AI could do, Mike is a guide who uses these tools daily to hit real revenue targets.

Through The AI Hat, Mike helps organizations build their own digital crews. He moves leaders away from the risks of "shadow AI" and toward governed, practical workflows where AI agents handle the research and admin, freeing up humans to handle the relationships.

Mike has spent over a decade translating geek-speak into plain English. He is the host of The AI Hat Podcast, co-author of The Ultimate Guide to Social Media Marketing, and a trusted advisor for leaders ready to stop talking about the future of sales and start building it.
